Bollywood Actor Deepika Padukone has so far appeared in Hindi, Tamil as well as Kannada language. Deepika made her acting debut in 2006 and the film was Aishwarya. In the same year she appeared in a Hindi film Om Shanti Om. This film earned Deepika the Filmfare award for best female debut. To this day, this film is considered as her biggest and successful film.

In 2009 Deepika appeared in Love Aaj Kal and in 2010 Housefull. The Housefull earned her a Filmfare award for Best Actress. This film was a commercial success and made her an established actress of Bollywood. Deepika also appeared in Cocktail in 2012, a latest film, which was a critical commercial success and she was much appreciated for her performance in the film. She is also acting as a brand ambassador of many different companies like Sony Cybershot, Nescafe, Yamaha, kingfisher Airlines and Tissot. Om Shanti Om is a blockbuster film of Deepika’s career so far. She appeared opposite Shahrukh khan in the film and it has earned her many awards and nominations. In 2010, her first film was Karthik Calling Karthik. It was a thriller film and Deepika did very well in it. The film Housefull in which Deepika did the role of Kumar’s girlfriend was also a blockbuster. In lafangay Parinday she acted opposite Neil Nitin Mukesh.
