An incredible actress  who started  her career at the age of 7 despite  her wish of going to school She was known as baby Meena and was born in 1932. She did many films as child star, but won stardom as a heroine by Baiju Bawra (1952). Her performance demonstrated to the industry that she had come to triumph over  Bollywood by her unique style of acting.

When it came to show the strength, complexity, sorrows, destitution and societal pressures on an Indian woman, Meena Kumari was the foremost choice of every filmmaker.
