MTV Movie Awards show is another night of oozing glamour, stunning costumes, and warm consistency where lots of twinkling stars of the film industry get together for honoring the best of the year.  MTV Movie Awards are particularly appeared on MTV every year where producers and executives of MTV select the nominations for the best achievements of the year while the general public chooses their winners by voting them at MTV’s official website.


There are certain categories where deserving talent is honored for their hard work. Some of the current awards categories of MTV Movie Awards include movie of the year, best male performer, best female performer, best breakthrough performance, best cast, best villain, best gut-wrenching performance,  best comedic performance, best music, best kiss, best fight, best hero, and best scared-as S**t performance.


Before MTV Movie Awards also presented some honorary awards such as ‘The Lifetime Achievement Award’ that was meant to honor to those film celebrities who left an extraordinary impact on the industry and achieved the best of the career. Before declaring the winners, the most important Hollywood personalities were used to pay tribute to the winners’ prominence along with offering some tease too. Later the category was brought to an end as a reaction and the MTV Generation Award was initiated as the successor to the MTV Lifetime Achievement Award.  Such award celebrates the winning for achieving the greatest in movie and typically the award goes to the performer who shows variety of remarkable characters along with a professional gesture and high level of talent.

This year, the MTV Movie Awards announced the nominations for the best of the year on March 2013 while like every year; a large number of people used their votes for declaring the winners.  Later, the magnificent event of the MTV Movie Awards took place at Los Angeles, California on the 14th day of April 2013. Rebel Wilson was the proud host of the show who really rocked the show.

The MTV Movie Awards 2013 was not an unforgettable night for the winners but also offered a complete package of elegancy and style. Many elegantly turned-out starlets like Emma Watson, Kerry Washington and Chloe Moretz endowed the ceremony with some splendid and full of glamour shine to the ceremony. Many rocking performance made the night extraordinary and truly marvelous. The MTV Movie Awards 2013 was certainly one of the excited events of the year.

Marvel’s The Avengers was the top honored of the year. The film won three titles for ‘Best Fight’, ‘Best Villain’, and ‘Best Movie of the year’ in the ceremony of MTV Movie Awards 2013. Bradley Cooper won the best male performance award for his impressive performance in ‘Silver Linings Playbook’. Will Ferrell received comedic genius award while Jamie Foxx & Samuel L. Jackson were declared the winners for best WTF moment award for Django Unchained.

Tom Hiddleston won the best villain award for The Avengers while Bilbo Baggins was announced winner for the best hero award for The Hobbit. Best fight award was given to Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner in Marvel’s The Avengers’ whereas the best kiss award was declared for Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper for ‘Silver Linings Playbook.
