Khalida Riyasat was exactly that kind of actress. Her legendary work is still remembered even today, fifteen years after her death! Atiqa Odho is an illustrious Pakistani television and film actress, and also a television host. Atiqa has starred in many notable films, including Jo Darr Gya Woh Marr GyaMummy and Mujhe Chand Chahiye. Odho was born in Karachi, Pakistan on February 12 1968, though originally she belongs to Village Tajodero, in District Jacobabad. Currently at the very tender age of 43, she is happily married, and has three children.

Although her current film star life is very successful, Atiqa had started off her professional life, just as a make-up artist and hairstylist in 1989, in Karachi, and whilst working at various advertising agencies, she was lucky enough to be discovered by a very prominent, and popular television personality, Anwar Maqsood, and later, she starred in Maqssod’s play “Sitara Aur Mehrunissa”(1993). This play was a success, and her role in it made Atiqa’s name popularly known throughout Pakistan.
