Sean Astin was born on 25th February, 1971 as Sean Patrick Duke.

Early Career

Sean Astin started his acting career as a child star, back in 1981 from a TV movie Please Don’t Hit Me, Mom alongside his real-life mother. At the age of 14 years, Sean Astin landed a role in his first ever movie titled The Goonies in 1985. His impressive acting skills earned him several movie roles including The B.R.A.T Patrol, Like Father Like Son, The War of the Roses, Memphis Belle, Courage Under Fire, Encino Man and many others, establishing his credentials as an actor capable of playing different roles to perfection.

    All I want to say is; The name of the second “The Lord of the Rings” isn’t called “The Twin Towers”, it’s “The Two Towers”, because I’m sure a lot of overly obsessed fans would get really pissed for that
