66th Academy Awards – Milestone Awards!

The 66th Academy Awards set out to set some records which are remembered till date. Anna Paquin, one of the youngest people to win an Oscar joined by Jane Campion, the second woman in Oscar history to be nominated for Best Director, including Whoopi Goldberg, the first African- American woman to host the Oscars.

Obviously with seven well deserved wins out of twelve nominations it seems that Schindler’s List was the Oscar’s apple of the eye.
